In addition our menu features the culinary creations of Executive Chef David Davis and Sous Chef Matt White, who focus on Colorado Proud ingredients to bring the best our local partners have to offer directly to your table. You will have the opportunity to choose from starters such as Smoked Trout Dip, Fried Green Tomatoes and Bacon Wrapped Ahi. Favorite entrée selections include fresh seafood such as Blackened Snapper and Grilled Salmon or you may choose the Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin or New York Strip. There is no better way to complete your memorable experience than with an indulgent serving of Bread Pudding or House Made Cherry Cobbler.
Relax in our lounge, which offers the most refreshing beer in town straight from our ice cold taps. We are proud to serve Barman Pilsner and Herman Joseph’s, both exclusive Coors brews available in only a limited number of establishments throughout the Denver Metro area. Daily happy hour is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close with a selection of specially priced appetizers in the lounge and 1/2 off wine by the glass, draft beers and well drinks.
