Lewis Properties is extremely committed to the environment.  Following is a list of green initiatives that are implemented at one of more of their hotels, office space or at all of their properties.

The Golden Hotel and the Boulder Creek Quality Inn & Suites are where the Lewis’s began implementing changes to enhance their green initiatives.  They hope to continue and expand their sustainable goals even more in the future.

The Golden Hotel received the 2011 City ofGolden Sustainability Award.

In 2010, the Boulder Creek Quality Inn & Suites was recognized by PACE- Partners for a Clean Environment for their commitment to environmental sustainability.
